Base Salary
$135k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build cross-application frontend frameworks end-to-end, from low-level technical implementation through high-level UX decisions
- Use Broadcast Channels, Service Workers, Local Storage, and other core web APIs to enable real-time communication between applications
- Develop an Electron application using Electron-specific capabilities such as the IPC API
- Design ergonomic, portable, powerful, and extensible APIs for applications across Palantir's ecosystem
- Create native and intuitive cross-application interactions while working with teams and codebases across the company
Requirements
- At least 2 years of frontend software engineering experience
- Strong frontend coding ability with proficiency in JavaScript and an understanding of web technologies
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent understanding of algorithms, performance, and systems design
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eligibility and willingness to obtain a US Security clearance
- Ability to collaborate across teams, ramp up on unfamiliar codebases, work autonomously, and learn continuously
