Base Salary
$180k - $440k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and drive web features from inception and design through implementation and launch.
- Build and maintain high-quality, performant full-stack products and features using modern web standards, technologies, frameworks, and AI tooling.
- Develop user dashboards, personalized experiences, content delivery, interactive tools, assessments, and real-time analytics.
- Lead architecture, scalability, and reliability decisions for high-concurrency, low-latency systems.
- Maintain engineering excellence through testing, monitoring, deployment, and secure data handling.
- Drive technical and product decisions and deploy global features that maximize user value.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of web development experience.
- Expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, modern web frameworks such as React, and modern CSS/SASS.
- Experience with high-quality UI and UX design.
- Proven experience optimizing applications for performance, security, and offline functionality.
- Preferred: 5 or more years of frontend web experience on a large-scale consumer application.
- Preferred: backend development experience and proficiency in Rust, Go, Java, Python, or Scala.
