Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the team’s cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Set up CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and disaster-recovery capabilities.
- Provide self-service infrastructure environments for other engineers.
- Advise on infrastructure design for scale, deployment, reliability, and operational resilience.
- Work with AI Engineers to deploy, monitor, and maintain their solutions effectively.
- Establish reusable platform standards and a consistent engineering experience across projects.
- Help shape infrastructure as a dependable internal product for the WAVE team.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and a major cloud platform, ideally Azure and/or AWS.
- Solid experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience designing and supporting disaster-recovery capabilities.
- Ability to build and run internal platforms used by other engineers.
- Practical understanding of deployment, reliability, and scale across multiple solutions.
- Full professional English.
- Preferred: experience supporting data and AI workloads in production.
- Preferred: familiarity with Polaris.
- Preferred: experience in fast-moving environments with multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Preferred: experience shaping platform standards or reusable engineering patterns.
