Responsibilities

Design and develop robust, scalable applications, APIs, and data architectures.
Industrialize large-scale data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, streaming, and batch processing.
Help design AI and GenAI solutions integrated into client products.
Contribute to the implementation and evolution of the MLOps and Data Engineering stack.
Participate in code reviews, challenge implementations, and share engineering best practices.
Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint reviews with clients and product teams.
Mentor and help develop junior profiles according to seniority.
Contribute to R&D and cross-functional internal projects involving operations, security, tooling, training, and innovation.
Participate occasionally in technical discussions with commercial teams for presales and project scoping.

Experience with a programming language such as Python, Java, Kotlin, Scala, or TypeScript.
Solid understanding of software development and how the Web works.
Strong SQL and SQL/NoSQL database knowledge.
Experience with backend and/or frontend frameworks such as Spring, NestJS, React, or Angular.
Experience designing and industrializing data pipelines and understanding data warehouse, data lake, and lakehouse architectures.
Experience with Git and CI/CD tools, plus Docker.
Knowledge of cloud architectures such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenStack is preferred.
MLOps experience with tools such as MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow, or BentoML is preferred.
Experience with orchestration or streaming tools such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Airflow is preferred.
Operations experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or Ansible is preferred.
Knowledge of unit, integration, and load testing, with TDD appreciated, is preferred.
Knowledge of AI, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, UNIX, and Bash is preferred.
Product interest, customer relationship skills, and UX/UI tooling or product design knowledge are beneficial.
Curiosity, autonomy, adaptability, teamwork, knowledge sharing, and comfort in demanding, fast-changing environments are expected.
