Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Avigilon Unity Video Products in a large code base.
- Deliver end-to-end software solutions spanning design, architecture, implementation, maintenance, and user support.
- Build large-scale public-facing applications and APIs for on-premise and cloud environments.
- Help define and execute build pipelines, containerization, DevOps tooling, and test automation.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to developers.
- Contribute to a high-performing Scrum team and uphold rigorous software development and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of software development or Software Engineer experience.
- Extensive experience with C++.
- Experience working in a large code base and with Berkeley and Postgres databases.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Preferred: successful delivery of a large-scale public-facing application.
- Preferred: strong knowledge of CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps.
- Preferred: experience developing cloud applications in Azure and applications using C++, C#, and .NET.
