Responsibilities

  • Implement real-time collaboration features including multi-user editing, conflict resolution, and state synchronization across distributed systems.
  • Develop interactive charts, maps, visualizations, and data-driven content for rich reporting experiences.
  • Build scalable microservices and APIs for reliable, consistent performance under high-concurrency workloads.
  • Participate in technical design and system architecture discussions.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and end users to create intuitive experiences for complex data analysis.
  • Explore and prototype AI-assisted content and workflow features.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of software engineering experience with a background in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Experience with ReactJS, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MinIO.
  • Experience in backend or frontend development using technologies such as Java/Spring Boot or React/TypeScript.
  • Experience with relational databases, NoSQL databases, and object storage.
  • Experience with Git, Kubernetes, cloud application deployment and operations, CI/CD processes, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Understanding of system architecture, software engineering best practices, and scalable service development.
  • Singapore Citizenship is required; only Singapore Citizens will be considered.
  • Experience with agile software development, LLM-powered features, agent-based workflows, WebSockets, Operational Transformation, rich-text engine customization, Vite, Nx, or large-scale and monorepo codebases is advantageous.
