Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI systems against responsible, ethical, sustainable, and governance benchmarks.
- Lead red teaming, adversarial testing, and the execution of mitigation strategies for AI risks.
- Assess AI-system vulnerabilities and design solutions for ethical and responsible AI concerns.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and organizational decisions.
- Serve as an SME, manage team activities, and take responsibility for team decisions.
- Monitor AI-system performance against responsible AI standards and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and support the professional growth of junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in red teaming.
- Proficiency in red teaming and responsible AI.
- Experience designing and implementing mitigation strategies for AI ethical concerns.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying risks and vulnerabilities in AI systems.
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
