Base Salary

$86k - $139k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, implement, and integrate IAM systems and solutions.
  • Support and configure SSO and federation solutions, including identity platforms and OAuth, SAML, and SCIM integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
  • Execute IAM system maintenance, patching, operation, monitoring, incident support, problem resolution, and change support.
  • Analyze system information and requirements, assess complex issues and defects, and recommend appropriately prioritized responses.
  • Create and refine reusable strategies, service components, libraries, and frameworks for enterprise IAM services.
  • Work with internal IT support teams and external partners to provide IAM support.
  • Facilitate IAM training, communication, education, capability adoption, and standards awareness.
  • Monitor changes in legal, regulatory, and technology environments and communicate relevant updates to management and staff.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in information security, IAM engineering, and/or systems analysis.
  • At least three years of experience with IAM concepts including identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, authentication, authorization, access control, multi-factor authentication, SSO, and cryptography.
  • At least three years of experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, DiLinea, CyberArk, Duo, OIM, OAM, Ping Identity, SecureAuth, RadiantLogic, Centrify, Entra, or RACF.
  • At least three years of experience with Java, C#/C++, Java BeanShell, XML, Unix shell scripting, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python.
  • At least three years of experience with supporting technologies and standards including Active Directory, LDAP, Oracle, SQL Server, Linux/Unix, Windows, Apache, IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, FIDO, and SCIM.
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
  • Preferred qualifications include network security architecture and networking experience; HITRUST CSF or NIST 800-83 experience; SAFe Agile experience; and experience in financial, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS certifications, IAM vendor certifications, cloud certifications, and SAFe Agile certifications.
  • Knowledge of PCI, HIPAA, HITECH, COBIT, ISO 27001/2, ITIL3, secure SDLC practices, Microsoft applications and suites, Windows Server, and SharePoint.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Benefits

  • Base pay range is $86,400 to $138,600.
  • Office- or remote-based position.
  • Travel requirement is 0%–25%.
  • No regular physical work site is required; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds and rare lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.
