Responsibilities
- Build, structure, and improve tooling for requirements management.
- Ensure traceability and quality throughout the requirements flow.
- Automate and streamline how requirements are created, validated, and used.
- Connect requirements with implementation and testing across the V-model.
- Work hands-on with system configuration, properties, parameters, and consistency validation.
- Build Python-based tools for requirements workflow automation and data validation.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with requirements decomposition, system requirements, specifications, and traceability.
- Experience setting up, structuring, or improving requirements tooling such as Sphinx Needs, SystemWeaver, DOORS, Jama, or similar.
- Ability to use Python and scripting to build tools, automate requirements workflows, and validate data.
- Experience with system configuration, properties, parameters, and consistency validation.
- Understanding of how requirements support implementation, verification, and testing.
- Experience with Sphinx, Markdown, PlantUML, requirements portals, documentation solutions, or automated traceability is strongly preferred.
- Background in automotive or embedded systems is advantageous.
