Base Salary
$93k - $109k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
- Take full-stack ownership by writing production-ready and testable code.
- Design scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions using architectural best practices.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and improve operational practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on engineering standards and procedures.
- Ensure product development follows compliance and security best practices.
- Support software reliability engineering standards and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Two to three years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience with client- and server-side JavaScript.
- Experience designing workflows, automation, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Workspace or Portal UI development experience with HTML/CSS and UX principles.
- General understanding of ServiceNow security, role-based access, and data privacy.
- Exposure to ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework.
- ServiceNow Mobile Studio or mobile-friendly application development experience is preferred.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA are preferred.
- ServiceNow implementations in banking and wealth financial service operations are preferred.
