Responsibilities
- Configure, connect, and extend AI-enabled solutions using enterprise AI platforms, commercial products, automation tools, integrations, and lightweight supporting components.
- Design and build secure reusable connections between enterprise AI platforms, approved data, services, and business actions using APIs, connectors, orchestration tools, and Model Context Protocol.
- Build and validate proofs of concept and advance assigned solutions through testing, production readiness, launch, and operational handoff.
- Work with stakeholders and the AI Architect to define workflows, requirements, acceptance criteria, data needs, dependencies, risks, estimates, and delivery options.
- Research and evaluate generative AI, predictive machine learning, rules-based automation, analytics, platforms, and reusable enterprise capabilities.
- Implement responsible AI, privacy, security, legal, accessibility, data-governance, monitoring, documentation, feedback, and support practices.
- Define and execute evaluations covering effectiveness, usability, accuracy, precision and recall, groundedness, bias, drift, failure handling, human oversight, and escalation.
- Support user adoption through guidance, demonstrations, training, reusable workflow patterns, implementation documentation, and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is required; relevant work experience may be considered as an equivalent.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in AI or related fields is required.
- Experience developing and implementing AI models and systems.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java; knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and NLTK.
- Strong ability to work with large datasets and complex algorithms, including data structures, statistical modeling, and computer science fundamentals.
- Portfolio of AI projects or open-source contributions demonstrating expertise in AI.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, algorithmic thinking, communication, analytical, decision-making, independent-work, teamwork, planning, and deadline-management skills.
