Responsibilities
- Configure, connect, extend, test, launch, and hand off AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
- Build secure, reusable integrations between AI platforms, approved data, services, and business actions using APIs, connectors, orchestration tools, and MCP.
- Develop and validate proofs of concept and provide implementation estimates, risks, technical findings, and delivery options.
- Evaluate generative AI, predictive machine learning, rules-based automation, analytics, and existing platform capabilities.
- Implement responsible AI, privacy, security, legal, accessibility, and data-governance requirements.
- Define and execute evaluations covering effectiveness, usability, accuracy, precision, recall, groundedness, bias, drift, failure handling, human oversight, and escalation.
- Implement monitoring, feedback mechanisms, documentation, support procedures, and sustainable operational designs.
- Provide demonstrations, training, adoption support, continuous improvement recommendations, and reusable implementation documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
- Relevant work experience may be considered as an equivalent for the education requirement.
- At least four years of professional experience in AI or related fields is required.
- Experience developing and implementing AI models and systems.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch and libraries such as scikit-learn and NLTK.
- Ability to work with large data sets and complex algorithms, with knowledge of data structures, statistical modeling, and computer science fundamentals.
- Portfolio of AI projects or open-source contributions demonstrating relevant expertise.
- Cloud computing experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, algorithmic thinking, communication, analytical, decision-making, strategic, and tactical skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work independently or collaboratively under deadlines.
