Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain enterprise connectors for AWS Quick, including API wrapping, authentication, error handling, and data availability for AI agents.
- Ship bug fixes, performance improvements, and new capabilities for the AI Artifact Hub.
- Write tested Python code for APIs, data pipelines, agent skills, and platform tooling.
- Implement software features end to end through design, coding, testing, deployment, and production monitoring.
- Contribute to integration standards and support domain teams publishing MCP servers to the enterprise connector catalog.
- Help implement access controls and data-safety measures so AI agents do not expose unauthorized information.
- Instrument systems with metrics, logging, alerting, and dashboards.
- Build evaluation and feedback systems, including automated test suites and human-in-the-loop correction workflows.
- Maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines and Terraform infrastructure as code.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, documentation, runbooks, onboarding materials, and an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 2+ years of professional software development experience building production applications or services.
- Alternative qualifications may include a master’s degree with up to 2 years of experience or 14 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Python for APIs, scripts, or data-processing logic.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services or another major cloud provider.
- Experience with Git, pull requests, and collaborative code review workflows.
- Basic understanding of APIs and authentication patterns, plus experience integrating third-party services.
- Strong communication skills, collaboration, and willingness to learn more complex engineering challenges.

- Preferred qualifications include exposure to AI/ML tools, AI APIs, prompt engineering, AI-enabled features, Terraform, GitHub Actions, MCP, data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks, authorization models, FinOps, knowledge graphs, embeddings, vector databases, search systems, event-driven architectures, serverless computing, and internal tools or developer platforms.
