Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java applications using Java frameworks and ORM technologies.
- Work with SQL databases and apply database performance insight.
- Define business requirements and support business analysis activities.
- Document functional and technical specifications across system development life-cycle phases.
- Write code and create and execute unit, integration, performance, penetration, and non-regression tests.
- Support user acceptance testing and prepare system development documentation.
- Develop and maintain web-based applications and services.
- Estimate human resources and plan schedules for individual tasks.
Requirements
- Experience developing and maintaining Java applications with Java frameworks and ORM technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and database performance.
- Experience defining business requirements and documenting functional and technical specifications.
- Experience creating and executing software tests, including unit, integration, performance, penetration, and non-regression testing.
- Experience supporting UAT and documenting system development phases.
- A history of successful product delivery.
- Understanding of object-oriented and SOA design concepts.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and accuracy skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multicultural, and global environment; multilingual skills are an asset.
