Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Guidewire ClaimCenter project delivery in alignment with client expectations and business goals.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance on architecture, design, implementation, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements, manage communications, and support successful delivery.
- Oversee resource planning, performance management, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across Guidewire implementations.
- Manage risks, budgets, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry.
- Proficiency in Gosu, Java, and integration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of the insurance claims lifecycle and related business processes.
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3/N2 level or higher.
- Experience working in bilingual or multicultural environments.
- Extensive Guidewire ClaimCenter experience is preferred.
- Guidewire ClaimCenter certifications are highly desirable.
- PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
