Responsibilities
- Develop, test, maintain, and improve backend software programs and systems.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality features quickly.
- Own code monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and bug fixes.
- Build secure, reusable, maintainable, and high-quality software from specifications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of backend development experience.
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language such as Golang, Python, or Java, with strong Golang experience preferred.
- Experience with relational and/or graph databases.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Preferred: experience with distributed microservices, Python or Bash scripting, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Terraform, performance benchmarking and optimization, and IAM or authorization concepts.
