Responsibilities
- Develop, operate, and improve the large-scale platform hosting PlayStation online-service server applications.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines, automate development work, improve platform-health visibility, evaluate developer-experience metrics, and optimize application networking.
- Design and implement AI workflows that support CI/CD and deployment-configuration error analysis, transformation, review, and migration.
- Use AI and agent technologies to support migration from Jenkins and GitLab to GitHub Actions and Argo CD.
- Drive adoption and operational deployment of AI solutions by creating user guidelines, conducting workshops, sharing knowledge, and supporting engineering teams.
- Collaborate with development teams and global partners, including teams in the US and India, to identify and implement AI use cases and continuously improve the platform.
Requirements
- At least three years of server-side development experience or equivalent experience at that level.
- Practical experience with CI/CD and platform engineering.
- Experience using code-generation and code-review support tools.
- Practical experience using AI technology for applications or business-process improvement.
- Knowledge and experience designing and improving AI functionality, including LLM characteristics, prompt design, and tool integration.
- Preferred: professional English communication skills, including specification coordination with US teams.
- Preferred: experience operating Kubernetes-based microservices.
- Preferred: experience designing and developing AI workflows using workflow-automation tools such as n8n and API integrations.
- Preferred: AI Agent development experience.
- Preferred: experience integrating with AI Agent platforms such as AWS Bedrock and Agent Core.
- Preferred: experience deploying and operating AI solutions in production with attention to reliability, scalability, and observability.
- Preferred: experience identifying and implementing AI-use cases across multiple teams.
- Preferred: experience creating reusable workflow templates and platform capabilities.
- Ability to proactively execute work, communicate openly, and support other teams' outcomes through collaboration and development-process improvement.
