Base Salary
$76k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and GenAI solutions under senior-engineer guidance.
- Write Python automation scripts for AI model deployment, data pipelines, and operational processes.
- Support deployment of AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and related AI/ML services.
- Configure and maintain AWS infrastructure for AI workloads using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Support CI/CD pipelines for testing, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning using GitLab or similar tools.
- Assist with React interfaces, monitoring solutions, and administrative applications.
- Troubleshoot AI infrastructure and application issues, and code, test, debug, and document pipeline components.
- Perform system health checks, basic troubleshooting, business-requirements analysis, and documentation of runbooks and operational procedures.
- Participate in design reviews, Agile collaboration, and change and problem management activities.
Requirements
- 0 to 3 years of direct relevant experience in AI/ML engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or software engineering, or a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of Generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, agentic AI, and orchestration patterns.
- Working knowledge of Python and basic proficiency with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Familiarity with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, and IAM.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD tools such as GitLab, React, Git, SQL queries, cloud computing, networking, security, and AI/ML systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to document technical work for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred qualifications include relevant IT or AI/ML certifications, AWS Bedrock or GenAI/RAG project exposure, AI agent framework exposure, vector databases, embedding models, Docker, ECS, EKS, API development, RESTful services, monitoring, and observability tools.
