Base Salary
$95k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality software applications while promoting engineering best practices.
- Lead feature design and implementation for the broader team.
- Act as a technical expert and contribute to system-wide architecture, diagnosis, monitoring, and platform decisions.
- Design and develop scalable, highly available, and high-performance products across front-end and back-end architectures.
- Present solutions for large initiatives spanning multiple teams and participate in cross-business technical reviews.
- Identify team problems, reduce project and process complexity, and implement innovative technical solutions.
- Support application integration, delivery, maintenance, and special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of software development experience or commensurate skills building commercial applications with modern software engineering practices.
- Successful participation in distributed software delivery teams using Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, AWS, serverless and event-driven architectures, SOA, microservices, microfrontends, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, architecture and design patterns, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
