Base Salary
$95k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and independently deliver high-quality application code.
- Make well-reasoned design decisions and tradeoffs while contributing across the codebase with guidance.
- Build scalable, highly available, and performant enterprise applications.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with development leads to identify issues and potential barriers.
- Apply programming, infrastructure-as-code, networking, and information-security knowledge.
- Participate in special projects and other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of software development experience or commensurate skills building commercial applications using modern software engineering practices.
- Experience participating successfully in distributed software delivery teams using Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of AWS, serverless, event-driven architecture, SOA, microservices, microfrontends, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and other modern technologies.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices, software development lifecycle activities, architecture and design patterns, coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
