Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance, high-availability backend services for Simple Earn, Flash Earn, and Loan products
- Build and maintain the Jumpstart subscription and allocation system for new token launches
- Design and implement backend systems for stablecoin yield distribution and settlement
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Risk, and Quant teams on earn and lending features
- Participate in on-call production support and incident response
Requirements
- At least three years of backend development experience in financial or related industries
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Codex and Claude Code
- Experience with Java, SpringBoot, SpringCloud, and microservice/API development
- Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency control, distributed systems, and high-concurrency, high-availability, high-performance platforms
- Familiarity with Kafka and Redis
- Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL
- Comfort working in cloud-based Linux environments with production support capability
- Basic understanding of finance concepts including earn/deposit, lending/loan, and yield products
- Hands-on experience in at least one domain: earn and loan products, stablecoin yield systems involving USDT or USDC, or token launch, quota allocation, and subscription systems
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
