Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance backend services for earn and lending products.
- Build and maintain the Jumpstart subscription and allocation system for new token launches.
- Implement backend systems for stablecoin yield distribution and settlement.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Risk, and Quant teams to deliver innovative features.
- Participate in on-call production support and incident response.
Requirements
- Proficient in AI-assisted development tools like Codex and Claude Code.
- Minimum 3 years of backend development experience in financial or related industries.
- Experience in Microservice/API development with Java, SpringBoot, and SpringCloud.
- Strong understanding of multi-threading, concurrency control, and distributed system design.
- Familiarity with messaging frameworks like Kafka and caching solutions like Redis.
- Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.
- Solid experience with relational databases such as MySQL.
- Comfortable in a cloud-based Linux environment with production support capability.
- Basic understanding of finance concepts related to earn, lending, and yield products.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
