Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, user stories, solution designs, and acceptance criteria from a QA perspective and identify quality risks.
- Develop and maintain test plans, scenarios, cases, test data, and execution documentation.
- Perform functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, negative, Salesforce, API, data migration, and data validation testing.
- Design, execute, and maintain reusable automated regression tests using Copado Robotic Testing or similar tools.
- Test Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, middleware, scheduled processes, and inbound/outbound interfaces.
- Document, prioritize, track, and retest defects with reproduction steps, evidence, severity, and business impact.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide QA estimates, status updates, and quality-risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve QA processes, automation coverage, regression coverage, and defect prevention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
- At least 3 years of experience testing Salesforce platform applications on Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce, Copado, or related QA/test automation certifications.
- At least 2 years of experience with functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and negative testing.
- At least 2 years of experience with test automation, preferably Copado Robotic Testing or similar enterprise tools.
- At least 2 years of experience with data migration, data conversion, or large-scale data validation testing.
- At least 2 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Preferred experience includes REST/SOAP API and integration-platform testing, Jira, Salesforce DevOps processes, and version-control practices.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce certifications and ISTQB, ASTQB, CSTE, CSQA, or CQSE.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, defect-management, communication, English-language, collaboration, and requirements-analysis skills are required.
Benefits
- Initial one-year contract position.
- Second-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM IST to 9:30 PM IST in the local time zone.
