Responsibilities
- Develop microservices and frontend applications using componentized micro-frontend architectures.
- Build and maintain resilient, modular, scalable, high-performance, and highly available systems.
- Work with public cloud providers, service containerization, API-first architecture, API mashups, event and data streams, and API security.
- Develop and test frontend interfaces using Angular or Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Sass, and Tailwind.
- Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and support observability, CI/CD, and secure development practices.
Requirements
- Experience developing microservices and frontend applications with micro-frontends.
- Backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, service mesh, and sidecar proxies.
- Knowledge of API Management, API-first architecture, API mashups, API security, event streams, and data streams.
- Frontend experience with Angular or Next.js, JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, SSR, SSG, CSR, HTML5, CSS3, Sass, and Tailwind.
- Experience with testing using Jest, Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Knowledge of Git, GitFlow, CI/CD, observability, public cloud, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and Secure Coding.
- Experience with Module Federation, Design Systems, Storybook, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions is preferred.
- Experience with high-volume and mission-critical applications is preferred.
