Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
- Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Proficient in JavaScript and Python; experience with back-end integrations.
- Experience in front-end design using HTML and CSS.
- Experience in back-end development for server-side applications.
