$93k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver application deployment capabilities for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Build reliable, secure, scalable platform services, distributed systems, and developer tools.
- Design APIs, data models, and service architectures with strong availability, security, and operability.
- Drive work from problem definition through design, implementation, launch, and ongoing operation.
- Collaborate effectively across engineering disciplines and improve developer productivity and software delivery safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience delivering production-quality distributed systems, platform services, or developer tools.
- Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages such as Java, Go, C++, C#, or Python.
- Experience designing scalable APIs, data models, and service architectures with attention to availability, security, and operability.
- Understanding of cloud-native systems, containers, orchestration, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, or release engineering concepts.
- Demonstrated ownership of work from problem definition through ongoing operation.
- Clear written and verbal communication and effective cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Preferred experience includes application deployment platforms, continuous delivery, GitOps, artifact management, developer platforms, large-scale distributed systems, multi-tenant cloud services, control planes, workflow orchestration, site reliability engineering, incident response, observability, capacity and performance engineering, security engineering, identity and access management, policy-as-code, supply-chain security, compliance automation, or AI-assisted developer tools.
