Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop a modern cloud-native platform using Elixir.
- Create a better access control system for clinical data with fine-grained permissions.
- Ensure hospitals remain operational 24/7 by designing resilient infrastructure.
- Architect an integration engine to connect various medical devices in real-time.
- Streamline hospital workflows to enhance data movement between healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in object-oriented and functional programming.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of tackling challenging engineering problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative team environment.
- Familiarity with open-source technology and a desire to explore new solutions.
- Experience building products from the ground up with a strong product sense.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical decisions and trade-offs.
