Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle software development from rapid prototyping through deployment of scalable cloud solutions.
- Architect and optimize responsive front-end components integrated with robust back-end services.
- Establish quality benchmarks and code review frameworks for AI-generated code, with emphasis on security, performance, and maintainability.
- Drive adoption of AI-first development methods, including prompt-driven development and context management, across international engineering teams.
- Collaborate in an agile environment on continuous deployment, performance improvements, and system optimization.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to cross-functional AI initiatives.
Requirements
- 12+ years of full-stack software engineering experience focused on application performance, security, and scalability.
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, .NET, and .NET Core RESTful APIs.
- Strong experience with Azure, cloud-native services, CI/CD, Docker, and SQL Server database optimization.
- Demonstrated mastery of AI-native development workflows, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted coding tools.
- Experience leading cross-functional AI initiatives across international engineering teams is preferred.
- Experience developing high-throughput SaaS solutions for transportation, logistics, or supply chain industries is preferred.
