Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features from the user interface through backend code.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Java full stack development and Apache Kafka.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and provide solutions applicable across teams.
- Lead cross-functional coordination for seamless integration of system components.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement in development processes and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development and Apache Kafka.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with Java backend development and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for scalable application deployment.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Understanding of database management and integration with full stack applications.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
