Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture for AI-enabled .NET and React applications.
- Lead engineers through the full software development lifecycle from design through production.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and UX teams to turn AI concepts into usable features.
- Drive code quality, testing, CI/CD, security, performance optimization, and compliance with enterprise and GovCon standards.
- Mentor junior developers and promote adoption of new frameworks, tools, generative AI models, and Vibe coding.
- Contribute technical insights and feasibility assessments to the product roadmap.
- Participate in code reviews, technical workshops, and architecture forums.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years in a lead role.
- Strong expertise in C#/.NET Core and building RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency with React.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and frontend architecture.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML, preferably generative AI models.
- Familiarity with Vibe coding, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure or AWS.
- Understanding of software design patterns, microservices, event-driven architectures, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
