Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare technical design specifications based on product and architectural initiatives.
- Drive architectural governance activities and seek platform convergence.
- Plan engineering initiatives and feature delivery while balancing customer delivery with organizational health.
- Identify application improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist and mentor development staff in delivering product features.
- Lead design sessions, technical conversations, and code reviews to improve engineering quality.
- Provide architectural direction, foster team learning and communication, and build relationships with stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Lead or contribute to cloud, DevOps, and AI modernization initiatives.
- Translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in .NET Full Stack Development is required.
- At least 15 years of experience is stated as required; the posting also references 10 (12) years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Significant experience designing and implementing or enhancing systems, including architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Significant experience in systems engineering, analytical systems design, and implementation.
- Fluency and specialization in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architectural patterns and extensible REST APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Preferred familiarity with DevOps concepts, application monitoring tools, and performance assessments.
- Understanding of security architecture, protocols, and products including Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth.
- Experience with AWS and Azure, preferably in multi-cloud environments.
