Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Manage and deliver complex custom software projects.
- Analyze and optimize system performance and scalability.
- Guide and mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Continuously improve development processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Syniti ADM for SAP.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience managing and delivering complex custom software projects.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management in enterprise environments.
- Experience with Consumer Goods and Services and Informatica PowerCenter is preferred.
