Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack applications bridging application development teams and core infrastructure.
- Build automations and use AI tooling to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement capabilities that improve usability, reduce risk, and support developer productivity.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster continuous learning.
- Ensure high-quality, performant code through testing and debugging.
- Guide technology standards, governance, best practices, and design reviews.
- Partner with data engineers, business stakeholders, project managers, and delivery teams to create scalable solutions aligned with business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of experience.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and providing technical guidance to engineers.
- Experience designing scalable solutions, automations, and full-stack applications.
