Responsibilities
- Architect and implement React/TypeScript single-page applications with virtualized data grids, filters, column choosers, and real-time data-quality indicators.
- Build analyst curation workflows for record overrides, contract relinking, taxonomy assignment, and hierarchy proposals.
- Integrate frontend and backend Excel parsing, validation, upload, and download workflows.
- Design Java/Spring Boot REST APIs supporting pagination, sorting, audit-history queries, and role-based permissions.
- Use Devin, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and other AI engineering agents for scaffolding, code generation, migrations, refactoring, and test synthesis.
- Generate and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage and OpenAPI contracts.
- Mentor engineers on prompt engineering, context engineering, AI-agent orchestration, code reviews, and technical delivery.
- Ensure client-side performance, optimistic updates, error handling, SSO integration, field-level traceability, and immutable audit logging.
- Lead CI/CD automation, containerized builds, pull-request validation, linting, security scanning, and enterprise security compliance.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of core technical experience with a proven record leading agile technical pods.
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript, including high-performance data-grid architectures.
- Experience with AG Grid, TanStack Table, or comparable virtualized grid libraries.
- Experience with Zustand, Redux Toolkit, React Query/TanStack Query, Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or design systems.
- Experience parsing and generating XLSX structures and implementing template validation.
- Strong Java experience, including Java 21/25, Spring Boot 4.x, and Spring Data.
- Experience designing secure RESTful APIs, microservices, and relational data access using PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with Devin, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or custom LLM-based coding agents, including validating generated code for security, correctness, and performance.
- Experience with high-signal code reviews and mentoring C11/C12 engineers.
- Ability to translate complex specifications into pragmatic architectures and intuitive user experiences.
- Strong communication skills and experience partnering with Product Managers, UX Designers, and globally distributed engineering teams.
