Responsibilities
- Lead technical solution design, architectural recommendations, governance, planning, and documentation for Salesforce solutions.
- Develop, review, maintain, and refactor customized Salesforce applications and components.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, mentoring, code-quality oversight, and standards enforcement for team members.
- Oversee Salesforce delivery across the full SDLC, including ALM, version control, CI/CD, and deployment practices.
- Design and oversee Salesforce integrations, API configurations, client onboarding, and enterprise architecture strategies.
- Support end users, BAU enhancements, technical escalations, reporting, dashboards, and analytics governance.
- Maintain data architecture and housekeeping practices supporting strict GDPR compliance.
- Collaborate with delivery leads, project managers, enterprise architects, product managers, developers, testers, clients, and subject matter experts.
Requirements
- Fluent English language skills are required; fluent Spanish is desirable.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud architecture is required.
- Experience with Experience Cloud hardening, security standards, identity management, and compliance practices is required.
- Expert proficiency with Apex, SOQL, Lightning applications, and Lightning Web Components is required.
- Advanced Salesforce integration architecture and experience with REST, SOAP, Bulk API, and event-driven architecture are required.
- Experience with Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, SFDX, and automated deployment tools is required.
- Knowledge of full SDLC, ALM, version control, CI/CD deployment strategies, reporting, executive dashboards, and analytics governance is required.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, technical team leadership, and enterprise customer-facing interfaces is required.
- Salesforce certifications including ADM-201, Platform App Builder (DEV-401), Salesforce Platform Developer 1, and Platform Developer 2 are required; Application Architect or System Architect certification is highly desirable.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
