Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer requirements and enable technical solution deployment.
- Develop a deep understanding of Ema’s technology and underlying architectures.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Lead customer proofs of concept, workshops, design sessions, and implementation activities.
- Design and architect solutions aligned with customer business goals and existing systems.
- Guide project teams and help move Ema solutions from POC to production.
- Assess customer cloud and on-premises environments and translate needs into production-ready deployment solutions with engineering.
- Diagnose and resolve customer deployment challenges, create investigation tools and repeatable processes, and maintain technical documentation.
- Advise engineering, sales, and product stakeholders on technical deployment obstacles and opportunities to improve Ema.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployment Engineer, or in a similar technical pre-sales role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions and cloud technologies.
- Experience with solution design, architecture, and integration.
- Familiarity with relevant programming languages and technologies.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
