Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer requirements.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Ema’s technology and architectures.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Execute successful proofs of concept to showcase Ema's value.
- Position yourself as a Trusted Advisor to customer stakeholders.
- Design and architect solutions that align with customer business goals.
- Drive project teams towards accelerating the adoption of Ema’s solutions.
- Communicate the value of Ema’s solution throughout customer engagements.
- Help transition Ema’s solution from proof of concept to production.
- Understand customer environments and translate needs into deployable solutions.
- Manage customer challenges through effective diagnosis and resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architectures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect or similar technical pre-sales role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions and cloud technologies.
- Solid experience with solution design, architecture, and integration.
- Familiarity with relevant programming languages and technologies.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving challenges.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
