Responsibilities
- Develop efficient, robust and scalable code for new and existing full-stack applications.
- Design, test and implement solutions in line with departmental standards.
- Maintain and improve existing systems to support high availability and low latency.
- Analyze requirements, investigate live system issues and contribute to effective solutions.
- Create and update technical documentation for application coding and project development.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical colleagues and collaborate with senior management.
- Perform quality assurance reviews in support of product owners and testing teams.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks, meet deadlines and proactively update management.
- Share knowledge and best practices while continuously developing technical skills.
- Embed AI tools and techniques into daily development to accelerate delivery and improve engineering quality.
Requirements
- Proficiency in .NET, React, SQL and Python.
- Ability to develop scalable, high-quality full-stack applications.
- Analytical capability to interpret requirements, investigate issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Commitment to clean coding practices, continuous improvement and quality assurance.
- Ability to present complex technical information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to organize multiple projects and deadlines while remaining focused under pressure.
- Experience using AI tools and techniques in everyday software development is required.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
