Responsibilities
- Drive the technical roadmap for AI security architecture.
- Build proof-of-concepts for autonomous agent harnesses to detect and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Architect non-bypassable security guardrails across the SDLC.
- Execute adversarial testing to validate defense mechanisms.
- Design defenses for AI systems against prompt injection and manipulation.
- Architect a Zero Trust Identity Control Plane for access verification.
- Mentor security engineers and provide architectural guidance across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on technical experience in various security domains.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML security workflows and Red Teaming.
- Deep proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP and their security tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Node.js, and Python.
- Ability to architect secure-by-default platform capabilities and perform advanced threat modeling.
