Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Build scalable, high-performing software solutions using the Salesforce OmniStudio Platform and modern development frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Maintain and improve existing software components for performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Document technical specifications and development processes.
- Participate in team discussions and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with the Salesforce OmniStudio Platform.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software solutions with modern development frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse and multidisciplinary teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
