Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and packaged or SaaS applications to meet business requirements.
- Manage application releases and maintain system compatibility, performance, and stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Use APIs, integration techniques, and low-code platforms to develop and deploy application solutions.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and assist junior team members with knowledge sharing and guidance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow is required.
- Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, Lifecycle Events Testing, ATF, and integration testing.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques in ServiceNow environments.
- Ability to use low-code platforms to develop and deploy application solutions.
- Knowledge of release management processes and SaaS application best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and 15 years of full-time education are required.
