Responsibilities
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, advisory guidance, and solutions to complex enterprise application problems.
- Support and manage large-scale business applications focused on SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting ERP.
- Monitor system performance and availability using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key technical and operational decisions.
- Lead improvements to system processes and workflows to increase operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members and guide their problem-solving approaches.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting ERP.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Deep knowledge and experience supporting enterprise resource planning applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence or advise stakeholders.
- Experience with system monitoring techniques for high availability and performance.
