Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
- Design and implement scalable automation solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention.
- Test and troubleshoot automation workflows for reliability and performance.
- Provide technical support and maintenance for deployed automation solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in process automation technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation and Robotics, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- Blue Prism Certified Developer, Blue Prism Certified Professional Developer, or Blue Prism Certified Solution Designer certification.
- Required skills include robotic process automation, client relations, collaboration tools, design thinking, storytelling, executive presence, inclusion, and personal effectiveness.
- Advanced English proficiency at the C1 level.
