Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Train and deploy state-of-the-art models for parsing and interpreting unstructured data.
- Experiment with novel techniques to improve LLM accuracy.
- Build data pipelines and evaluate model performance.
- Integrate models into the product.
- Work directly with founders and customers to shape product direction and engineering strategy.
- Build tools such as Streamlit applications to test hypotheses or create datasets as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience training, fine-tuning, and evaluating ML models used in production systems.
- Exceptional Python or similar programming ability.
- Strong familiarity with traditional computer vision and VLMs.
- Ability to debug, experiment, iterate quickly, and work across the full development lifecycle.
- Quantitative, high-agency approach to building and shipping products.
- Prior company founding or early-stage product-building experience is a bonus.
- Keeping up with the latest developments in ML and AI is a bonus.
