Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Train and deploy new models for parsing unstructured data.
- Experiment with techniques to improve LLM accuracy.
- Build data pipelines and evaluate model performance.
- Integrate models into the product.
- Collaborate with founders and customers to influence product direction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with training and evaluating ML models in production.
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
- Familiarity with traditional computer vision and vision-language models.
- Ability to build tools for testing hypotheses and creating datasets.
- Comfortable with the full development lifecycle from ideation to shipping.
