Reducto is hiring a Solutions Engineer to enable enterprise sales and implementations through technical expertise, customer-facing architecture guidance, and hands-on coding. This early team member will help shape the solutions organization, product direction, and engineering strategy from Reducto’s NYC office.

Lead the hands-on development and technical direction of Reducto’s ML infrastructure, enabling high-performance model training and inference at scale. You’ll optimize GPU systems, distributed serving, and production reliability while partnering closely with ML and Platform teams.

Lead hands-on deployments of Reducto into complex enterprise environments, solving infrastructure, security, networking, and reliability challenges directly with customer teams. Turn one-off deployment work into repeatable automation and operational patterns at a rapidly growing AI company.

Join Reducto as a founding Infrastructure Engineer and shape highly available infrastructure for demanding AI/ML workloads from the ground up. You’ll combine hands-on systems engineering, cloud automation, observability, and incident response while partnering closely with the founders and product teams.

Build the training, inference, benchmarking, and observability infrastructure that powers Reducto’s machine learning systems at scale. This high-impact, in-person role focuses on distributed workloads across large GPU clusters and close collaboration with ML and Platform teams.

Build the CLI, MCP server, SDKs, and integrations that make Reducto the easiest document-processing platform for AI agents to discover and use. Working directly with the CTO, you’ll shape strategy, ship quickly, and measure how agents adopt the product.

Build and shape Reducto’s end-to-end document-processing products, from interactive editors and extraction workflows to real-time collaboration features. This in-person San Francisco role combines hands-on TypeScript and React development with product leadership and close collaboration with founders and customers.

Build and scale the platform and core API powering Reducto's AI document-parsing products. You'll integrate LLMs, improve document-processing pipelines, and work directly with ML engineers, founders, and customers in an in-person San Francisco role.
