Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate product capabilities and build proofs of concept for customers in collaboration with the GTM team.
- Design and advise on system architecture and data flows for customer integrations.
- Write scripts and code, including API calls, connectors, and dashboards, to help customers use Reducto products.
- Build tools such as Streamlit applications and datasets to test hypotheses and support customer needs.
- Collaborate with customers, support, and core engineers to identify high-impact product improvements.
- Provide feedback to product and infrastructure teams on usability gaps, unmet needs, and opportunities to increase customer value.
- Work with founders and customers to shape product direction and engineering strategy.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience working with enterprise or regulated customers.
- Excellent Python skills and the ability to navigate Bash and infrastructure as needed.
- Strong comfort with Kubernetes.
- Ability to debug, experiment, iterate quickly, and work across the full development lifecycle from ideation through shipping to users.
- Quantitative, hands-on approach to building products and solving customer problems.
