Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of Reducto into customer environments.
- Partner with enterprise IT and security teams to assess infrastructure and design deployment strategies.
- Understand hardware requirements for deploying in-house ML models.
- Build monitoring and telemetry systems for customer environments.
- Debug and resolve customer-specific infrastructure issues.
- Own incident response for customer deployments.
- Codify successful deployment processes into repeatable patterns and automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience operating production infrastructure.
- Experience deploying software into environments you don't fully control.
- Proficiency in Python or similar languages.
- Strong skills in cloud platforms, container orchestration, networking, and storage technologies.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with external engineers.
- Ability to own customer problems end-to-end and build tools for reliability.
