$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and refine core features of Reducto Studio, including document viewers and data visualization tools.
- Create intuitive UIs that simplify complex document workflows.
- Ideate and prototype new features such as form filling and document classification.
- Implement real-time collaboration features and responsive interfaces.
- Work within the design system to ensure fast shipping while maintaining quality.
- Experiment with new interaction patterns for AI-powered document processing.
- Collaborate with founders and customers to shape product direction based on feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building applications with modern frameworks.
- Proficient in TypeScript and React with strong design sensibility.
- Experience leading business-critical projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to build tools and prototypes as needed.
- Quantitative approach to product development with hands-on experience in the full development lifecycle.
