Base Salary
$200k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and refine Reducto Studio’s document viewers, extraction workflows, data visualizations, and editing interfaces
- Create intuitive user interfaces for complex document workflows
- Prototype and deliver features including form filling, translations, document editing, and document classification
- Implement real-time collaboration features and responsive interfaces across devices
- Work within the Next.js, Tailwind, and Convex stack
- Experiment with interaction patterns for AI-powered document processing
- Collaborate directly with founders and customers to shape product direction based on feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building applications with modern frameworks
- Experience leading business-critical projects from 0 to 1
- Comfort leading small teams
- Exceptional TypeScript and React skills
- Strong product intuition and design sensibility
- Ability to work hands-on across the full development lifecycle, from ideation to shipping
- Ability to debug, experiment, iterate quickly, and build tools as needed
