Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work with the GTM team to demonstrate product capabilities through demos and proof-of-concepts.
- Design and advise on system architecture or data flow for product integration.
- Write scripts or code to help customers leverage Reducto's products effectively.
- Collaborate with customers, support, and engineers to identify improvements.
- Act as a feedback loop to product and infrastructure teams to surface usability gaps.
- Work directly with founders and customers to shape product direction and strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with enterprise or regulated customers.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Bash and infrastructure.
- Comfortable with Kubernetes.
- Ability to build custom tools as needed.
- Quantitative approach to product development and problem-solving.
