Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate product capabilities and build proofs of concept for customers’ specific environments.
- Design and advise on system architecture and data flows for product integrations.
- Write scripts and code, including API calls, connectors, and dashboards, to help customers use Reducto products.
- Collaborate with customers, support, and core engineers to identify high-impact improvements.
- Surface usability gaps, unmet needs, and opportunities to product and infrastructure teams.
- Work with founders and customers to shape product direction and engineering strategy.
- Help establish the foundation for the growth of Reducto’s solutions organization.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with enterprise or regulated customers.
- Excellent Python skills and the ability to navigate Bash and infrastructure as needed.
- Strong familiarity with Kubernetes.
- Ability to build tools such as Streamlit applications to test hypotheses or create datasets.
- Comfort with quantitative product development, debugging, experimentation, rapid iteration, and the full development lifecycle.
- Prior experience founding a company or building products at early stages is a bonus.
- Interest in the latest developments in ML and AI is a bonus.
