Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Integrate and optimize LLM calls for structured extraction and document understanding tasks.
- Experiment with new techniques to improve LLM accuracy and reduce latency.
- Enhance API design and pre-processing algorithms based on customer feedback.
- Build and improve document processing pipelines for various file formats.
- Reduce backend latency and costs while maintaining quality.
- Develop internal tools to analyze and understand failure cases.
- Collaborate with founders and customers to influence product direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and scaling real-world applications.
- 2+ years of experience integrating LLMs into production systems.
- Exceptional proficiency in Python or a deep understanding of another programming language.
- Ability to build custom tools for testing and data creation.
- Quantitative approach to product development with hands-on experience in the full development lifecycle.
