Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and document Java-based software components according to requirements.
- Contribute across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Write unit tests covering robustness, edge cases, and general reliability.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and maintain high software quality standards.
- Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and code.
- Create design documentation and plan and support software releases.
- Support the QA team in delivering high-quality software.
Requirements
- At least four years of Java development experience.
- In-depth experience with the Spring Framework.
- Experience with microservice-oriented architecture and API management concepts.
- Experience with application servers such as JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere.
- Experience with REST and SOAP.
- Knowledge of TeamCity or Jenkins, Maven, Git, and the Atlassian tools ecosystem.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Camunda, design patterns, and TDD experience are nice to have.
- Experience with Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, or OpenShift is nice to have.
