Base Salary
$128k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes
- Design, build, test, and ship AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines on Axon’s platform
- Configure, integrate, and extend DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records, and related systems in agency environments
- Own customer outcomes across deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success
- Build and deploy AI-powered workflows using agents, prompts, RAG, and evaluations
- Troubleshoot onsite and coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services
- Assess operational workflows, define success metrics and baselines, and iterate solutions based on adoption and mission outcomes
- Lead QBRs, mission reviews, strategic planning, and relationships with agency leadership and operational stakeholders
- Capture customer insights and workflow patterns to influence Product and Engineering roadmaps
- Turn successful builds into reusable playbooks and operational frameworks
- Identify expansion opportunities based on demonstrated impact and partner with Sales on account strategy
- Maintain consistent onsite presence of approximately 3–4 days per week
- Support Sales-to-Post-Sales onboarding and handoff
Requirements
- Typically 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, operational transformation, or complex deployment environments
- Demonstrated experience shipping working automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments
- Experience configuring products, writing integration logic, and delivering production-ready solutions
- Comfort working across hardware, software, cloud, AI-enabled technologies, and integrated systems
- Strong communication skills with technical teams and senior stakeholders, including command staff
- Ability to own ambiguous, fast-changing work across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services
- Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and adhere to security standards
- Experience in public safety, law enforcement, corrections, or other mission-critical operational environments is preferred
- Familiarity with Records, Evidence, digital workflows, AI-enabled platforms, or integrated public safety ecosystems is preferred
- Background in forward-deployed engineering, solutions architecture, or operational transformation at scale is preferred
- Former law enforcement or military experience is preferred but not required
